• Verification: We reserve the right to verify user identities and request additional documentation if we suspect fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms.
• Account Suspension: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, exhibit abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the Platform or other users.

3. User Content and Intellectual Property

As a user of Dream Plays Headquarters, you may create, upload, share, and contribute content through the Platform. The following rules apply to user content:

• Trademarks: "Dream Plays," "Dream Plays Headquarters," "AyartStudio," and related logos are trademarks of Dream Plays Headquarters. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent.
• Attribution: If you use or reference our open-source tools, you must provide appropriate attribution to Dream Plays Headquarters and the founders.
• Infringement Claims: If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed on our Platform, please contact us with a detailed description of the infringement.

6. Software and Tools License

• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked. We may delete your account and all associated data, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with a copy of your data before deletion.
• Survival: Sections related to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

The following additional provisions apply to your use of Dream Plays Headquarters:
